The Arts Desire
Meet the Maker
Hi, my name is Kathleen and I am an artist who creates hand drawn digital images as well as art using paints with mixed media elements. I have always been involved in something creative, whether it be cooking or baking, custom party planning, writing, photography, painting, crafting. I have a passion to create but can only do this at home as I work with chronic pain as a disability. Anything that I put up for sale is in stock, so please don’t let that dissuade you. I look out for representing people like myself who suffer with chronic pain as well as others in my personal bubble who combat issues themselves. I will from time to time demonstrate that in the artwork.
My main goal is to make art for those who are looking for mid-range priced pieces of artwork for their home or business. I find inspiration all around me, being inspired by nature, the everyday routine, the trip to the store-you name it. Many of my images have come from things I own, photographs, and requests by family and friends. I plan on sharing some work soon that I’m doing with upcycled pieces aka ‘giving used items a new look with my artwork’. I’d love to hear from you, especially if there’s something you’d like to see in the shop. I will politely decline anything that is copyrighted or trademarked. Thank you for visiting.
